APPEALS OF CITIZENS AND REPRESENTATIVES OF LEGAL ENTITIES
The Republic of Belarus has adopted a number of regulations, the purpose of which is to provide guarantees for citizens to apply to government bodies.
The right of citizens to appeal is one of the most important constitutional rights. Article 40 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus provides that everyone has the right to send personal and collective appeals to government bodies. State bodies, as well as officials, are obliged to consider the appeal and give a substantive response within the period specified by law. Refusal to consider must be justified in writing.
Submitting an electronic appeal to OJSC “Gomel Winery” and receiving a response to it is carried out through the state unified (integrated) republican information system for recording and processing appeals from citizens and legal entities.

In accordance with the Law, an appeal to OJSC “Gomel Winery” can be made in written, electronic or oral form.
Appeals must comply with the requirements of articles 12 and 25 of the Law “On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities”.
Written requests should be sent to OJSC "Gomel Winery" at the following address: Republic of Belarus, 246003, Gomel, st. Rogachevskaya, 10.

Written and electronic appeals are considered no later than 15 calendar days from the day following the day of their registration, and appeals requiring additional study and verification - no later than one month, unless another period is established by legislative acts.
In accordance with article 14 of the Law “On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities”, in the absence of any recommendations, demands, petitions, reports of violations of legislation, shortcomings in the work of organizations in the appeals, or if they contain only gratitude, such appeals are taken into account and replies to them are not sent.
